qqzz Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

Welcome to the qqzz platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qqzz and its users. By using the qqzz website, mobile application or any related service, you fully agree to these Terms.

qqzz operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our services include slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games and a variety of other gaming experiences.

1.1 Application of Terms

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to register and participate on the qqzz platform:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using your own name and identity — opening an account in someone else's name is prohibited.

2.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, active mobile number and email address. qqzz may at any time request additional information or documents for identity verification. qqzz reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as mobile number or email), notify our support team immediately. qqzz is not responsible for service disruptions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. qqzz will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always use the official qqzz website — be alert to phishing sites.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

qqzz supports the common payment methods used in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Always use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or payment gateway error, the deposited amount generally returns to the source account within 3–7 business days. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

qqzz offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or a VPN will be cancelled.
• qqzz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each bonus has a fixed validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

The qqzz VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on qqzz are powered by third-party game provider software. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All our slot and table games use certified random number generators, which keep the outcome of every round completely impartial and independent.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue or disconnection occurs during a game, the game state is generally saved on the server. However, if a round is cancelled due to an unavoidable technical reason, the bet will be refunded. If a promotional reward is granted due to an error, qqzz reserves the right to cancel it.

6.3 Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply in each game.
• Once a round has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any attempt to deliberately exploit a game will result in account suspension.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqzz platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Abusing bonuses or using any fraudulent strategy.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or damage the qqzz system.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

qqzz places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or personal hardship.

• Never bet beyond your own budget.
• Do not try to bet more in an attempt to recover losses.
• You can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period if needed.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Changes

qqzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time. For significant changes, we will make every effort to provide advance notice.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

qqzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or cheating.
• Failure to provide identity verification information.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• The user submits a request to close the account.

11.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Please withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account. Any bonuses with active wagering requirements will be cancelled at the time of closure.

11.2 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may apply and an account may be marked as inactive after an extended period of inactivity (generally 12 months or more). Contact the support team to reactivate your account.
